On arrival at Bangalore airport/ Railway station, meet our representative and Proceed to Mysore to visit Mysore Palace
Mysore Palace- Mysore Palace (or Maharaja's Palace). This historical, royal place of residence of the Wadiyars is a splendid architectural feat and houses some of the artifacts from the historic times. The Palace is set in carefully laid out gardens. It is a beautiful three storied stone building of fine gray granite and rich pink marble domes, overlooking this structure is a five-storied 145 foot tower whose domes are gilded in gold.

Then transfer to Ooty. Drive pass the beautiful forests of Bandipur National Park & the Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary. Get a mini wildlife safari experience with sighting of deers, monkeys, langurs, peacocks and elephants. This drive through lush dense forests, tall pines trees and a string of tea estates will leave you mesmerised. Reach Ooty and check-in to your hotel. Spend your evening at leisure. Post breakfast enjoy a full day tour to Ooty & Coonoor, the jewels of fascinating Nilgiri Hills. These two hill stations are located merely 20km from each other and can be visited in the same day.

Morning visit Sim's Park - Located at a height of 1780 meters, Sim’s Park is a botanical garden which was established in 1874. It has more than 1000 species of flora including Queensland Karry Pine, Rudraksha (the bead tree) and Ornamental tree making it a place worth visiting. Enjoy long peaceful walks through the lush greenery and colourful, vibrant flowers, boating & photography.

Lamb's Rock - Located on the way to Dolphin’s Nose in Ooty, Lamb’s Rock is laos called as Echo Rock. A popular picnic spot, it offers an admirable view of Coimbatore Plains and surrounding lush greenery. Route to this place offers trekking opportunities too.

Dolphin’s Nose - Located 10 km at a distance from Coonoor, Dolphin’s Nose is a peak offering enchanting view of the Nilgiri Hills and the Catherine Falls. The peak of the hills resembles a nose of a dolphin hence the name.

Botanical Garden - a vast expanse of lawn like a golf course, going steeply uphill with variety of trees and shrubs as well as some conservatories with exotic ferns and flowering plants. Highlight of this park is the fossilized tree belonging to the pre-historic era, kept as natural exhibit. According to carbon dating findings, it is about 20 million-year-old.

Rose Garden- the largest rose garden in India which displays more than 20,000 varieties of roses collected from different parts of the world. Unusual colors of black and green roses are also found. Get a spectacular view of the entire Ooty from Rose Garden.

In the evening proceed to Ooty Lake - an artificial Lake & one of the famous tourist spots in Ooty.

Enjoy boating, cycling, photography, mini toy train ride etc (on direct payment basis). Indulge in shopping around Ooty lake for chocolates, shawls, eucalyptus oil etc.Later proceed to hotel and relax . Overnight stay at Ooty hotel.

Avalanche Lake - At a distance of 26 kilometres from Ooty, it is one of the most beautiful lake's in Ooty. The lake is surrounded by a rolling landscape with blooming flowers like magnolias, orchids and rhododendrons. Apart from enjoying the picturesque views and the tranquillity in the vicinity, the place also has ample opportunities for fun and enjoyment for adventure freaks. After the Avalanche Check Point, it is mandatory to ride in government forest vehicles (INR 150 per person) to reach the lake.

Emerald Lake - The lake is a part of the Silent Valley National Park in the Nilgiris District. Witness the sunset and sunrise in the Emerald Lake which is a must see. Tourists usually flock here for the picturesque scenic beauty of the lake, and the green Nilgiri slopes and tea plantations surrounding it. Shop for the best quality Nilgiri Tea.

Ketti Valley View - a popular vantage point situated on Ooty - Coonoor Road in Nilgiris. The view of Ketti from the viewpoint is majestic and often compared to views of Switzerland. There is also a telescope room to get a closer view of the valley and surroundings. his valley also houses a popular brand of the needle making industry, known as Pony Needles.

Post breakfast proceed for half day sightseeing covering Kamaraj Sagar / Sandynalla Reservoir & Pine Forest, Wenlock Downs, Pykara Dam & Reservoir & Pykara Falls.

Pykara Dam & Reservoir - At a distance of 22Kms from Ooty, Pykara Lake is a placid lake situated on Ooty - Mysore road. Boating in Pykara Lake is a memorable experience. Pykara Dam built on Pykara River amidst dense forest is a beautiful destination offering breathtaking scenery. Tourists can hire a speed boat or motor boat from the boat house and enjoy a fun ride in the lake.

Pykara Falls - At a distance of 2 km from Pykara Lake visit waterfall amidst the dense forest. The falls drops down into two sections with height of 55 m and 61 m through multiple layers on the rocky bed providing a unique beauty to the stream.

Wenlock Dams - At a distance of 16 km from Ooty, Wenlock Downs is a vast expanse of grassy meadow located on the way to Pykara in Ooty. The entire place is covered with Shola forest. More popularly known as the Shooting Point, Wenlock Downs has two popular movie filming points known as Sixth Mile and Ninth Mile named so because of they are located at 6 miles and 9 miles away from Ooty.

Kamaraj Sagar / Sandynalla Reservoir & Pine Forest - At a distance of 9 km from Ooty, Kamraj Sagar Dam, also known as the Sandynalla Reservoir, is a very quiet and scenic dam situated on the way to Wenlock Downs & Pykara. There are several walking trails around the lake. There is a pine forest adjacent to the main road through which the reservoir is accessed. Pine trees spread across several acres make it a popular shooting location in Ooty.
