Refund Policy – 360Degree Holidays
At 360Degree Holidays, we strive to provide unforgettable travel experiences with the highest level of service and commitment. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have outlined our refund policy below:
General Policy
All bookings made through 360Degree Holidays are considered non-refundable. This is due to the nature of our services, where we make advance payments to secure flights, hotels, and other travel-related bookings on behalf of our customers.
Exceptions & Partial Refunds
We understand that in rare circumstances, plans may change. In such cases:
If a customer cancels after the booking has been confirmed, and flight tickets and/or hotel accommodations have already been booked, we will refund 10% of the total amount paid.
The remaining amount is non-refundable as it goes toward covering the costs already incurred for confirmed bookings and advance reservations.
Important Notes
The 10% refund applies only to bookings that include both flight and travel packages.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation request.
We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis and may ask for supporting documentation.
Force Majeure
In the case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemic, political unrest, etc.), refunds will be evaluated in line with policies set by our service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
